The Akken Art Heritage Preservation Center (now known as Xueduo Grand Theatre) is located in the Altay Prefecture of Xinjiang. The indoor building area is approximately 9,000 square meters. It consists of a lobby, auditorium, stage, public restrooms, music room, conference hall, dressing room, costume room, public corridor, control room, equipment room, and academic lecture hall, among other functional areas. As a symbol of Altay culture, this project will directly serve the local cultural development upon its completion.
