By fully leveraging the brand’s advantages in line array sound systems, digital audio processing and other advanced technologies, the solution achieves highfidelity reproduction of vocals, musical instruments and various audio signals. It ensures that every seat in the theater delivers a clear, balanced and natural listening experience, while meeting the demands of multiple scenarios including theatrical performances, concerts, conferences and presentations.

2. Core Equipment Configuration

(1) Main Sound Reinforcement System

The main sound reinforcement system adopts Q-Series line array loudspeakers, delivering impressive and delicate listening experience for various acoustic environments with excellent design and performance. This series features precise sound field control and outstanding full-band reproduction, perfectly matching the spatial scale of small and medium-sized theaters.

1)Dual 10-inch 3-way line array full-range loudspeaker (Q10)

As the core of main sound reinforcement, equal quantities are arranged on both sides.Its key advantage lies in the innovative combination of coaxial mid-high driver and full neodymium magnet components.The coaxial mid-high design ensures consistent acoustic radiation center, greatly reducing phase distortion.Vocal dialogue in the mid-range is clear and natural, while high-frequency details are

delicate and transparent.Overtones of musical instruments and vocal sibilants are accurately reproduced.Full neodymium magnet components provide strong magnetic force, improving conversion efficiency while effectively reducing weight.

2)Dual 15-inch line array sub-bass loudspeaker (QLB)

Configured as needed and used together with the main array.It adopts high-power ultra-low-frequency bass design with a high-Q resonance chamber in a front-rear horn-loaded structure, which controls the amplitude of the driver at resonant frequency and effectively suppresses high-order harmonic output. The bass extends deep with high sound pressure, clean and with reduced system distortion under large dynamics. In addition, it adopts dual voice coil differential drive technology and high peak-to-peak offset support, reproducing authentic and perfect ultra-low-frequency sound. The large annular heat dissipation design greatly improves heat dissipation efficiency, keeping the driver at low operating temperature, significantly enhancing power compression performance and reducing harmonic distortion, providing clean, deep and explosive low-frequency effects.

(2) Auxiliary Sound Reinforcement System

1)Surround loudspeakers (FX-Series coaxial point-source loudspeakers)

Adopting multi-angle cabinet design, its core advantage is the coaxial structure:high-frequency and mid-low-frequency drivers are arranged coaxially, significantly optimizing phase consistency and improving sound localization accuracy.Meanwhile, the cabinet size is more compact, ensuring consistent sound propagation paths, creating surround sensation and restoring ambient sound.

2)Stage monitor loudspeakers (FX-Series coaxial point-source loudspeakers)

Equipped in corresponding quantity according to loudspeaker power.VP Series adopts advanced Class-D technology and high-efficiency SMPS module design with high energy efficiency ratio.The 1U chassis provides strong output power and comprehensive protection: soft start, overheat, short circuit, mute on shutdown, etc.It operates stably and reliably, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, suitable for long-time continuous operation in theaters.Main loudspeakers are equipped with dual-channel amplifiers, while monitors and auxiliary loudspeakers use four-channel amplifiers to optimize equipment resource allocation.

3)Digital Mixing Console (DM Series)

3.Key Points for System Connection and Commissioning

(1) System Connection Topology

1)Sound pickup equipment (wireless microphones, wired microphones) is connected to the digital mixing console via audio cables, and the output signal of the console is sent to the digital audio processor.

2)The digital audio processor distributes signals to the corresponding power amplifiers according to the preset crossover scheme, and the amplifier outputs are connected to the corresponding loudspeaker devices.

3)All equipment is powered uniformly through the power sequencer to ensure a standardized power-on sequence. The digital audio processor and the mixing console realize data interaction and control via network interfaces.

(2) Core Commissioning Points

1)Sound field coverage commissioning

Use the delay function of the audio processor to adjust the signal delay time of main loudspeakers and auxiliary loudspeakers to ensure uniform sound field coverage without phase interference.

Use a spectrum analyzer to measure the sound pressure level in different areas of the theater, ensuring the difference is controlled within ±3 dB, meeting the requirements of GB/T 28049-2011 Code for Design of Sound Systems in Auditoriums and Stadiums.

2)Sound quality optimization commissioning

According to the theater’s acoustic environment, adjust equalization parameters through the mixing console and audio processor to suppress resonant frequencies and improve speech intelligibility and music reproduction. Preset multiple groups of effect parameters for different performance types for quick switching.

3)System stability test

Carry out long-time continuous operation tests to check equipment heating and signal stability. Simulate sudden power failure to test the protection function of the power sequencer and parameter recovery after restart, ensuring stable system operation under various conditions.
