Binzhou Cultural Center is located in Bincheng District, Binzhou City, Shandong Province. Its total construction area is approximately 56,000 square meters and it includes "three museums and one theater", namely the Museum, Library, Cultural Center and Grand Theater. The Cultural Center encompasses several venues such as the Art Gallery, Binzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, Star Theater, Multi-functional Hall, Training Classrooms, Piano Rooms, and Calligraphy and Painting Creation Rooms. The architectural layout adopts a four-in-one architectural form. Each part of "three museums and one theater" is both relatively independent and enables the building to present a distinctive overall image. Each group of buildings has its own display surface and entrance square, and the four sides are enclosed to form a culturally-influenced inner courtyard.
