Xianyang Citizen Cultural Center is located in Beiyuan New City, Shaanxi Province. Covering about 0.642 km² (428 acres) with a total construction area of 455,000 sqm, it comprises four functional zones: cultural venues, cultural square, cultural park and cultural industrial park. The venues include a science and technology museum, library, archives, earthquake prevention and disaster reduction center, art and culture center, intangible cultural heritage hall, planning exhibition hall, children’s palace, women’s and children’s activity center, and grand theater.
