VM-5 Column Speaker & Large Screen Sound Reinforcement System Solution

VM-5 Column Speaker & Large Screen Sound Reinforcement System Solution

This solution is suitable for conference rooms, small performance venues, multi-function halls and other scenarios, and can meet audio requirements such as conference speeches and small performance sound reinforcement.Through the coordinated operation of various equipment and orderly signal transmission, high-quality audio playback and sound effects are achieved.

l Handheld wireless microphones: Two sets in total, used to capture vocal signals, allowing speakers or performers to move freely. The wireless microphones transmit audio via radio frequency signals, which are converted into electrical signals by the receiver and input to the 16-channel mixer through signal cables.

(2) Audio Processing Equipment

l 16-channel mixer: One of the core processing equipment of the audio system. It can mix, adjust volume and equalize multiple input signals (such as computer audio, handheld wireless microphone signals, etc.).It enables precise control of different audio signals to achieve ideal sound effects and output processed signals.

l 3-input 6-output processor: Further processes audio signals, including digital audio processing, signal distribution, and effect adjustment (such as reverb, delay, etc.).It receives signals from the 16-channel mixer, processes them, and outputs to subsequent equipment.

(3) Power Amplification and Sound Production Equipment

Power amplifier: Although not separately labeled in the diagram, signals output by the 3-input 6-output processor must be

l amplified by the power amplifier to drive the speakers properly. The amplifier amplifies weak audio signals to sufficient power for loud and clear sound reproduction.

l 5-inch sound column + subwoofer: As the sound-producing units. The sound column handles mid-high frequencies, delivering clear speech and musical details;the subwoofer enhances low-frequency performance, making music more powerful and rhythmic.Together, they create a rich, full sound field to meet audio needs in various occasions.

2. Signal Transmission Path

(1) Audio Input Stage

l Audio signals from the computer are transmitted directly to the 16-channel mixer via signal cables.

l Vocal signals captured by handheld wireless microphones are converted by wireless receivers and input to the 16-channel mixer via signal cables.

(2) Audio Processing Stage

l The 16-channel mixer performs preliminary mixing, volume adjustment and timbre processing on each input signal, then outputs to the 3-input 6-output processor.

l The 3-input 6-output processor further optimizes the signals with digital effects and signal distribution to meet the acoustic requirements of specific occasions.

(3) Audio Output Stage

l Processed audio signals are output from the 3-input 6-output processor to the power amplifier for power amplification.

l Amplified audio signals are transmitted via speaker cables to the 5-inch sound column and subwoofer, which convert them into sound to cover the target area.

3.Cable Types and Functions

(1) Signal cables: Used to transmit audio electrical signals, connecting the computer, handheld wireless microphones, 16-channel mixer and 3-input 6-output processor to ensure stable audio transmission.

(2) Speaker cables: Mainly used to connect the power amplifier with the 5-inch sound column and subwoofer, transmitting amplified audio signals. They have sufficient power-carrying capacity to guarantee effective signal transmission and normal operation of the speakers.
